Booking and payment
Booking confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a reservation.
Payment methods
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or other methods specified by KB Opulence. Full payment is required before a tour or transportation service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and refund policy
Customer cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of service.
KB Opulence may cancel a tour or service because of unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns or low participant numbers. In those cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement is provided.
Tour packages and services
Customized tours
Customized tours are based on client preferences and requests. Itineraries and prices are confirmed before booking.
Package tours
Package tours may include multiple destinations, accommodations, meals and other services. Specific terms are provided at booking.
Airport pickups and transportation
Transportation is available for airport pickups, drop-offs and customized itineraries. Guests must provide accurate arrival and departure information.
Customer responsibilities
Identification and travel documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required travel documents. KB Opulence is not liable for issues caused by lost or incorrect documents.
Personal belongings
KB Opulence is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Customers should keep valuables secure.
Conduct and safety
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety guidance from staff.
